1. Return Window
We accept returns up to 30 days after your order has been delivered.
2. Eligibility & Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new, unused, resealable condition and in original packaging.

Unworn & Unused: The item must show no signs of wear.

Scratch-Free: Due to the delicate nature of floating charm lockets and glass components, items must be free of scratches, scuffs, or fingerprints that cannot be cleaned.

Original Packaging: Please return the item in the original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
3. Return Shipping
You (the customer) are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will be refunded the full value of the returned items, provided they pass inspection.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time for your bank to post the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
