Yes. Our lockets are designed to open so you can create, customize, and change them anytime. This DIY concept allows you to build a piece that reflects your personality, mood, or story.

Depending on the design, our lockets open using either a twist-open mechanism or a secure magnetic snap, making it easy to swap letters, symbols, or charms whenever you like.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Estimated transit times after carrier pickup:

  • U.S. orders: 1–5 business days (USPS or UPS)
  • International orders: 2–7 business days (UPS or DHL)

Delivery times may vary by destination and shipping method. Shipping delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons. Estimates are based on shipments originating from New York City.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Tracking information will only be available after your order has been processed and shipped. During peak seasons or holidays, additional processing or carrier delays may occur due to higher order volumes.

What is the return & exchange policy?
